Access Bars

The Bars are 32 points on the head where you have stored all the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, considerations, emotions and attitudes that you have accumulated over the years and even lifetimes. Some of those no longer serve you, and so having your Bars run is like hitting the delete button on those so that they no longer automatically come up. Brain waves actually slow down when you get your Bars run, allowing behavioral patterns, beliefs systems and points of view that you have been running from childhood or from other lifetimes to be accessed. You actually start to become more present in your life, and the past does not project into your future the same way. By getting your Bars run, you are literally changing the probabilities of your future possibilities.

Acupressure

Energy can become blocked in a variety of ways. Physical and emotional traumas are the primary causes. Even the stress of everyday living can cause your energy to become blocked and allow “dis-ease” to take over. Therapeutic acupressure liberates blocked or locked energy to accelerate your body's natural healing process. It is a sequence of specific holds that work synergistically to open energy pathways, balance energy throughout the body and optimize healing. The emotions that were present at the time of the injury or trauma are also released. Therefore, your mind, body and spirit are treated.

Cupping

Cupping is an ancient Chinese therapy in which a cup is applied to the skin. The pressure inside the cup is reduced, either by heat or suction) to draw and hold the skin and superficial muscles inside the cup. Cupping is applied to certain acupuncture points as well as to parts of the body that have been affected by pain. Cupping removes any stagnation in the body and opens the meridians so that chi, or life force energy, can flow freely. It also helps rejuvenate certain meridians and organs that are not functioning at their best. Cupping is generally recommended for the treatment of pain, gastrointestinal disorders, lung diseases (especially chronic cough and asthma) and paralysis. Cupping can help release toxins and colon blockages and activate the lymphatic system. It also can stimulate the skin and veins, arteries and capillaries, clearing stretch marks and improving the appearance of varicose veins.

Ear Candling

Ear candling, or ear coning, is the practice of placing a lit, cone-shaped candle into the ear. It’s a form of alternative medicine that has been practiced for thousands of years in India. The heat from the candle causes a suction and pulls up the ear wax. Wax is not dripped into the ear.

People use ear candles to remove wax, improve hearing and cure infections. It’s also known to treat:

  • Allergies

  • Candida yeast overgrowth in the ears

  • Sinus infections

  • Swimmer’s ear

  • Cold

  • Flu

  • Sore throat

  • High blood press

  • Stress

Ego Work Inner Child

When you are feeling stuck or experiencing obsessive, repetitive thoughts, it’s often inner child wounds asking to be healed. Inner child wounds are based on the ego, which is the voice in your head that keeps you safe and protected from harm during your day-to-day life. However, when a trauma occurs, the ego can overreact and overprotect by keeping you stuck. These wounds also can manifest as physical pain, like in your back or shoulder, that show no cause in medical tests, X-rays or MRIs. During our session, you will tap into your ego, uncover the ‘why’ behind its overreaction and explore the emotion of the pain. This helps the subconscious become conscious. Once the ego knows why it has been fearful, angry or whatever the emotion may be, the ego lets go and the mind and body can heal.
